How many days does it take for order delivery within UAE?
- Orders will take 1-2 days to deliver after placing the order.
- Custom orders will take 2-3 days after order confirmation.
- For remote areas in UAE 5-6 days.
- In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Bawabet Alebdaa reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
What are the shipping charges?

- Purchases above 300aed have free delivery
Are products purchased from Digizone covered under warranty?
Yes, most of our products have warranty. Each product has different warranty period.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

How can I return a product?

How can I cancel or change my order?
- You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours after placing the order and before the shipping process has started. If these conditions doesn’t fulfill, it is not possible to cancel the order and refund the payment.
- Please contact us immediately on Whatsapp if you decided to change or cancel the order.
Received the wrong?
- If you received the order don’t worry, we will replace, contact us on WhatsApp and send us picture of the wrong item received.
- Please make sure not to break the seal or open the item
My order arrived damaged?
- If the product is damaged or it doesn’t work we will replace it. Please contact us on WhatsApp and send us a picture or video of the product.
Will I get refund on returned orders?
- Yes, you will provide with an exchange or a gift card of the order amount that can be used on our website for the next 12 months.
- If the order was paid by cash, you will receive the cash amount in your bank account after 3 workings day.
